We count each unique ticket that gets prioritized by our AI. This includes new issues,
edited issues, and re-prioritizations. Duplicate processing of the same ticket is not counted twice.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your monthly quota,
overage is charged at your plan's per-ticket rate. You can upgrade anytime to avoid overages.
No, ticket quotas reset each month. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your
